Graceworks Hope Network for Children
Graceworks is an Orange Country, CA based non-profit which supports orphaned children in Rwika, Kenya and locally. We had been a bit stuck in the mud – having monthly meetings with our board and accepting the status quo. We were struggling to grow, change, adapt and improve our services at an acceptable pace.
McKenna Kline is a pure pleasure to work with! Both Dani and Clare are extremely responsive, kind, and exceptionally good listeners. Once hired, they interviewed individually all the board members to ascertain their concerns and ambitions. After that, they lead a joint meeting with everyone to discuss what is needed to improve and grow our philanthropy. After multiple meetings including strategy and operations, we now have a road map to a very bright future and a new system for our discussions, problem solving, fundraising, social media, website updating and communication.
I highly recommend MK to consult with any non-profit. Their personalized approach and experience in all aspects of non-profit management will provide greater value to those served.

OneOC
When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, nonprofits were pressed to find alternate ways to secure fundraised dollars and carry out their missions. OneOC was fortunate enough to form a partnership with McKenna Kline Consulting which has resulted in offering a comprehensive fundraising program to support local nonprofits as they rebuild.
Through their decades of experience, MK Consulting offers holistic support as they help nonprofits quickly identify organizational pain points and offer practical strategies for how to improve. Clare and Dani have a unique ability to contextualize their proven practices to the unique challenges facing organizations and are able to help bridge the gap between potential and success. OneOC looks forward to our future work with McKenna Kline Consulting to accelerate nonprofit success in the community.
